Blue Mason, a virtually unknown cultivar was created, almost by accident, in a basement grow in Southern Illinois. • It’s a long story but we’ll try and sum it up for you! It all started in Minnesota when Hawaiian Sativa was crossed with Super Silver Haze to create a strain named Hummingbird. Hummingbird was then crossed with a heavy Indica, Minnesota Purps. This became the Bluebird. From there, the Bluebird was crossed with Sour Kush then this strain was crossed with Hollywood Pure Kush. • Blue Mason has a predominant Kush lineage and is known for its heavy sedative high. It is great for relaxation and pain management. Tastes and smells of kush, citrus, and a little spice. • Blue Mason is unique to Apothecare and cannot be found anywhere else in the Michigan market.
